What is the minimum lease term?

We ask you stay for a minimum of 30-days however a nightly or weekly stay may be an option depending on our availability.

What is included in our Corporate Apartment?

All of our corporate apartments include the furniture for the living, dining and all bedrooms along with house wares.  This includes your linens, dishes, towels, greenery, decor, accessories, TV, VCR or DVD player.  The apartment homes also include washer and dryer along with all the utilities.  (Water, trash, gas, electric, phone and cable)

What size apartments do you offer?

We offer one, two and three bedroom fully furnished apartment homes. 

• One Bedrooms range from 600-1100 square feet.
• Two Bedrooms range from 800-1500 square feet.
• Three Bedrooms range from 1000-1800 square feet.

Do you accept pets?

A majority of the communities we feature do allow pets.  However, some have a weight limit or breed restriction but most pets are welcome with a deposit.  

How do I pay?

We provide one invoice for all your services. We gladly accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks or we can send a direct bill for all major corporations.

What Cities and States do you offer corporate housing in?

We offer our services nationwide.
